Hi welcome to about me!I have over 30 years of experience working in the performing arts. My specialist subject is The Meisner Technique. I also teach Improvisation, Text Analysis, Active Analysis and I direct plays and showcases. I have worked at YATI ‘The Young Actors Theatre’, Identity School of Acting London & Los Angeles, The Actors Temple London and taught international classes in Israel, Mexico and Paris.As well as teaching I also work as a stand-up comedian, actor, script writer and film maker. As an actor my most recent credits are in BBC One's Eastenders, River and the forthcoming drama by Neil Gaiman based on Anansi Boys for Amazon Studios.My extensive experience in this industry enables me to deliver effective and rigorous training to prepare students for film, stage and television. "I wish I was a millionaire actor and could hire Jo to be by my side before and during every production.... her teaching is priceless.
