"Describe yourself in 3 words" - Conscientious , Approachable , DiligentI started my career as a freelance theatre professional and worked as a Stage Manager for just over 6 years. I now have extensive experience of over 7 years in hospitality management and events. I worked as Sales and Reservations Manager for BrewDog Retail where I was overseeing the reservations processes across all UK bars and supporting bar management teams to track inbound bookings in order to drive sales overall.Most recently I have taken on the role of Reservations Manager for the Hawksmoor Group. Here, I am responsible for supervising the overall performance of my department and working with the management team to create a pro-active sales culture.Through my experiences in both theatre and hospitality management I have gained strong knowledge in organising and managing teams, deadlines and targets. I've always been comfortable being the first point of contact and work well in fast paced, high profile environments.
