I have worked professionally with children and their families for about 24 years. I opened Twilight Nanny nearly 7 years ago to offer my help as a independent sleep support specialist. I help families all over the world in getting through sleep deprivation that comes alongside having children and is to be expected when becoming a parent. However the families that come to me for support are generally starting to struggle with the lack of sleep and are looking for guidance , reassurance and a hand in the right direction. Babies / Children build sleep associations whether this is based around a set routine, response or settling techniques. What I do is get to the bottom of the struggles they are experiencing and from this guide a family in the best way forward to support their child . It is NOT about any cry it out techniques but to reassure and support your babies as they learn and grow, babies and small children are like little sponges they learn from us throughout their childhood and so this is just another learning curve for them and most importantly for you as parents too. Here is a brief overview of what I can offer : ~ support from Newborn to 5 years old.~ One to one sleep consultations, in person or via Facetime / Skype. ~ Online personal sleep support plans. ~ Remote Daily support, guiding you daily as things change with guaranteed results. I will be there to help you for as long as it takes.
