Established over 40 years as a family business which has stayed the course to deliver needs based, specialised services to the Private Hospital and Residential Aged Care sectors – Architectural, Interior Design & Specification Services, Risk Management & Project Delivery services into live sites across metropolitan and regional NSW & VIC.My time spent with Coverite Projects was informative, challenging and rewarding. In fact, working within the Aged Care sector was confronting yet inspiring. Initially I was employed in a sales and consulting capacity working with facility managers and their boards to develop refurbishment concepts and associated budgets. As the company expanded I became lead Interior Design Consultant, studying along side my work to develop my understanding and skill within the sector, specifically to do with fit for purpose specification and dementia care design principles. Collaborating and working with external and in-house architects, building designers, estimators, product specialists and delivery teams to design and specify projects for facility re-designs and refurbishments throughout NSW & VIC.

Having spent years working across the retail, hospitality and interior design and construction sectors, selling, telling and promoting premium products and brands I was asked to assist emerging companies find their place, establish connections and promote their products. I've worked with fashion, homewares, textile and furniture and loved every moment of supporting, launching and creating for outstanding companies.I found great delight and had much success, creating the links and telling the stories, promoting wonderful people, beautiful products and establishing brands.

With a portfolio of projects that include luxury new home designs, duplex designs, major renovations, alterations and additions, medium density and multi-residential housing developments.During my time with The Site Foreman I worked as the conduit to ensure the consistent, timely delivery of projects, working closely with architects, building designers, interior designers, engineers, councils, certifiers, project managers and builders. In addition, I worked with management and a variety of marketing and branding specialists to rebrand the company, develop a new website, establish a social media presence, prepare and manage trade shows including new branding and associated collateral for both The Site Foreman and sister company House to Home Finishes.
