Oversee the BUCS sport event programme and the delivery of over 100 event days across 50 sports annually. Lead on Major Event delivery. Manage an operational team of 6 staff. Budget management of over 1 million.

- Responsible for the organisation, management and delivery of BUCS Nationals, the UKs biggest annual multi sport event with 6000 students competing over 1 weekend in 10 different sports.- Responsible for the organisation, management and delivery of BUCS Big Wednesday; consisting of 14 team sports and 50 finals on 1 day.- Responsible for the operational delivery of the annual BUCS Conference. - Manage over 30 staff, 100+ volunteers and engage with various stakeholders, third parties and suppliers at major events.-Designed and tailored a multi sport programme for 3 Royal visits.- Initiated standardised Risk Management procedures across all BUCS events.- Manage and maintain annual budgets of over 200k.

- Responsible for the coordination and delivery of events for 13 sports across the BUCS season. The largest events e.g. Cross country, Swimming and Outdoor Athletics had over 1500 competitors and multiple stakeholders involved.- Managed key relationships with volunteers and sports officials and well as 3rd party suppliers and external companies.- Initiated implementation of innovative meet manager system into athletics programme to improve efficiency of results and seeding at the events

Holding camp manager for Women's GBR football team prior to the World University Games in Taipei. Solely responsible for team logistics & operations throughout their time in Hong Kong. Key liaison with training venue and hotel to ensure team were well equipped prior to their Games experience.

Sports liaison officer at the Summer Australian University Games in Perth. Responsible for management and smooth running of 5 sports at the games by being main support for sport competition managers and link between sports and main organising committee.
