Transitioning from lawyer to Organisational Development Manager, to (now) Director of People & Culture at Simpson Grierson was driven by my natural curiosity and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the most important asset of any organisation—its people.Today, I lead a dynamic team of HR professionals.
