We also conducted numerous exercises, headed up by the T2A Management Suite and Terminal Service Centre (TSC) while developing the procedures for reacting to emergencies, primarily an activated fire alarm (AFA).• Providing the T2A Operational Readiness (OR) team with specialist security operators before, during and after trials, ensuring that the measures in place to protect the public were maintained while construction could continue in other areas.• Providing direct support to HAL and the Police during the Critical Part of the Security Restricted Area (CPSRA) check phase, by supplying Fire Marshall’s to areas of the building not covered by the fire system. This was part of a comprehensive, life safety plan and like all of our operations was run continuously 24/7 during the Police check.During our time at Terminal 2 Heathrow, my team have been at the forefront of most, if not all operations. We have been tasked and relied upon heavily to support critical functions at various stages of construction and testing, sometimes at short notice, usually under pressure.I also deal with most HR.
