As the Senior Engagement Lead at HealthEquity, I led the development team in the optimization of Salesforce solutions to support business growth and enhance user experience. I played a key role in supporting the HealthEquity acquisition of WageWorks, managing the transition from Oracle to Salesforce to create a unified platform that streamlined operations and improved data accessibility across teams. My responsibilities included defining and prioritizing product features, aligning stakeholders, and managing the transition and day-to-day roadmaps to meet both immediate business needs and long-term goals.
