I'm the only one in the office so I get to do everything from stocking paperclips to managing the business accounts, A/Rs, A/Ps, invoicing, creating estimates, etc., etc. The most important responsibility is maintaining the integrity of the business which the two owners have built up over many years. I work for the best bosses, and I love my job.I resigned my position as Office Manager. Many changes happened during the almost 7 years of working for this company. The business moved twice to increase shop space, more than quadrupled in employees and revenue, and I had three assistants. It is time for a new challenge.

Teller (part-time): Customer service and account assistance • process and record routine transactions for bank customers • audit and balance vault, ATM, cash drawers, and other negotiable instruments

Office Associate (part-time): Process register bags ∙ review key reports and reconcile key journal accounts ∙ verify, reconcile, and finalize end of day business transactions ∙ track and rectify discrepancies ∙ prepare deposits ∙ file

Manage cash register operations ∙ coordinate weekly sales ∙ assist managing product prices ∙ manage produce placement ∙ enter product data and payroll data ∙ verify deliveries ∙ ordering ∙ provide complete customer service ∙ assist with inventory management ∙ reconcile cash drawers and prepare deposits ∙ implement procedures to improve store appearance ∙ supervise student employees

Greet and assist clients ∙ prepare and review insurance policies ∙ schedule appointments ∙ reorganize filing system to increase efficiency ∙ track production and claims ∙ manage daily office operations
