  Training and teaching in martial arts and different yoga traditions from 1992 onwards, Jo is also an advanced Thai massage therapist, a certified Feldenkrais™ practitioner (2006-2010, Feldenkrais™ International Training Centre, Sussex, UK); and an experiential anatomy trainer. Her special interests are neuroplasticity in motor learning, bio-functional movement, experimental philosophy and moral psychology.
