Orange Sky Australia is the world's first free mobile laundry service for people experiencing homelessness. Starting in the streets of Brisbane, Orange Sky now sends its vans and volunteers to over 250 locations supporting people doing it tough with free laundry, showers and nonjudgmental conversations. Orange Sky facilitates over 8 tonnes of laundry and 200 shower every week throughout Australia and New Zealand . However most importantly, our volunteers have over 1,500 hours of non-judgmental conversations with our homeless friends every week. As CEO and Director Jo has been responsible for ensuring this fast growing charity provides a consistent and reliable service through its network of nearly 2000 volunteers. She has been heavily involved in the organisation’s expansion in metropolitan, regional and remote Australia. More recently she has been instrumental in setting up Orange Sky New Zealand which now helps people doing it tough in Auckland with free laundry and warm showers.

Prior to working with Confiance Jo was a Senior Partner with an international London based consulting firm, PA Consulting Group, where she was responsible for the Strategic, HR and change management businesses across Asia Pacific.
