I organise and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of our office, and carry out a range of administrative and IT-related tasks.My main duties include booking and monitoring all travel within the company, communicating information/updates etc to all employees, tracking call data, assisting with recruitment, holiday/sickness forms for all employees and general office care. I also ensure the office is professional and well run, make sure all customers/visitors have everything they need, and deal with booking and co-ordinating our meeting rooms as and when necessary.
