With over 15 years of experience in the community sector, I am a dynamic and creative leader who designs and delivers leadership programmes and learning for UK Community Foundations (UKCF). I am passionate about innovating and imagining the future for Community Foundations and empowering them to achieve their goals.As the Head of Membership and Learning, I am responsible for creating and delivering the Membership and Learning strategies for UKCF, a network of 46 accredited and quality assured foundations across the UK. I oversee the delivery of support and services for members, coordinate and lead the peer learning programme and member events, and manage the Membership Manager and Officer.
