Key responsibility was to stream line the agency training set up for North and ensure quality training (100 hours manadated in-house training and sales training)was imparted to the advisors. Trained the factory employees as well on identified areas of need. Was nominated to visit US to benchmark training of organizations like Oracle, GE, & Hewlet Packard.

Joined as a faculty for the Career Division of NIS. Also, selected to conduct corporate training programs for Maruti Udyog Ltd at Chandigarh, Jalandar, Ludhiana, Ranchi & Kolkata. Certified to conduct SPIN, Adventure in Attitude and many other training programs during my stint with NIS.
