Good managerial decisions rely on comprehensive information and valid assessments, essential elements that make the creation of new patient treatment options predictable and successful. R&D and commercial risks do not need to be accepted outright: they can be identified and managed!Together with my colleagues at Bioscience Valuation I strive to identify value-maximizing business strategies to support decision making in resource allocation, licensing, M&A transactions, and financings. Based on our assessments I also support our clients `hands-on´, e.g., to license a drug or to sell a business unit.
