- HR Business Partner for around 400 employees in three locations for Business Group Quarzglas- Planned and realized individual HR measures, e.g. drafting contracts, salary increases, promotions, warning letters, terminations, collaborations with the workers council´s- Planned and realized a restructuring process and reduced the number of employees by more than 250 across all levels- Performed in central HR Projects, e.g. demography analysis, reducing turn over rates, implementing a new online application tracking system

- HR Business Partner for different group functions in the Frankfurt headquarters, e.g. logistic, production, development, analytical lab, administration departments- Planned and implemented individual HR measures, e.g. pension plans, promotions, restructuring, collaboration with the workers council´s- HR Business Partner for top management including contracting, promotions, salary increases and bonus agreements
