Joachim is an easy-going person, also good-natured to his closest colleagues that makes him adaptive to new circumstances. Though he met new people, he can manage to do teamwork and collaborate with various types of people. He holds his responsibility strongly that he organized his work completely and well-arranged. He is willing to learn, proven by starting to try new things during college which is ARUS 2021 as Coordinator of Operator and Equipment.
