Coming from a background in strategy, innovation and enterprise sales, I have for the past years focused on how we in Coor can deliver better experiences to our customers and service users. The field of Customer Experience excites me because it is about the human empathetic touch to business - asking and answering questions like who are the "customers"; what do they care about; what are their problems and needs; and how do we make an experience come to life that is so effortless and delightful as possible? In Coor, Customer Experience is not only about making a business relationship better (although that is an important part of it too) - the experiences we deliver have the potential to make the thousands of workplaces and buildings we deliver our services in, places where people feel welcome, productive and connected to their co-workers.While the fields of Customer Experience and, more broadly innovation & concept development, are passions of mine, I have a generalist background with a well-founded quantitative and qualitative toolbox
