This strategy is applied to large utilitary installations, like schools. * Jan 2010 - Aug 2010: Finalising some trainings at the learning platform V@k (www.hvac-leren.eu), on the topics of water-balancing, and measurement & control strategies in heating systems.*Teaching experience:* April 2010 - Aug 2010: courses "Energy II", an applied thermodynamics course about gas/steam turbines and about the design & maintenance of industrial steam installations, at technical bachelor level.

Coaching a group of about 20 researchers in the field of "Energy systems in buildings", with a focus on Thermal and Electrical measurements, simulation, optimisation and demonstration projects. The BSC (Business Strategy Challenge)-game is an electronic management game, develloped by student organisation "Aisec Leuven (formerly called: "Challenge").In this game, teams of contestants try to make sales & production decisions for their brand in a virtual shoe industry market along with 8-15 competing teams. The game consists of 7 rounds, (each counting for 1 business year) where every year, the decisions are largely influencing the very competitive marketon fields. Choices have to be made on topics as marketing, production expansion, sales force, production quality, factory workers wage, etc.Every week, all the decisions in each market are processed, and a detailed market analysis report is returned to the teams. Based on these reports & the available cash flow from the previous ("virtual year") sales, the contestants can make their new choices.The 2005-2006 edition of the business game consisted of 60 teams who competed in 9 separate markets.The best tacticians of each segment, together with the most interesting teams selected by our key sponsor (ING bank), were invited to a business weekend.Here, HR several business contacts from the firm ING were present and held speed solicitations sessions with the top performers troughout the game.
