Developing a strong leadership team to continue to serve clients locally and to bring Scandinavian expertise to the international markets. Leveraging new digital opportunities to help enterprises and societies on the path towards a more sustainable future for mobility.

The role has global responsibility for digitalization and innovation within transport-related engineering services. This includes leading development of new digital services, driving change in the organization and taking part in the selection committee for internal business competition amongst other things.

The role has global responsibility for finding, acquiring and integrating transport-related engineering services companies. Businesses within rail engineering, bridge and tunnel engineering as well as transport planning are of key interest.

Leading a department consisting of around 20 employees working with urban mobility, intelligent transport systems, and transport models. The department has expertise within walkability, cycling, public transport, hub development, Mobility as a Service (MaaS), capacity considerations, signaling, traffic analysis, mobility, socio-economic assessments, road signs, and road markings. The team is at the forefront of the digital developments for transport and have developed the InMap-model for advanced analytics of land-use and traffic.

As the Strategy and Business Transformation Manager for Transport in Ramboll I work as the right hand to the Managing Director for Transport. With our clients, we develop the design of innovative solutions optimizing transport infrastructure to create sustainable mobility for society. My key responsibilities include strategy and business cases, business planning and transformation, mergers & acquisitions, major projects and strategic hires.

Responsible for establishing, maintaining and expanding relationships with key customers. Identification of situations where additional project sales, concept sales or developments. Ensure that Ramboll's global knowledge comes into use.

Design- and project manager in the construction industry. Leading and managing knowledge workers (engineers and architects) who design buildings of all sorts. Other roles include Owner Representative, BIM-coordinator and Scheduler among other things.

Leading the division for project management in Rambøll Norways eastern region. The division is comprised of more than 40 employees working as constructions site managers, design managers / technical leads and project managers. These are split between Rambølls offices in Oslo, Drammen and Sandefjord.

The company is behind a web site created to help students learn from each others experiences with different courses and professors. My responsibility was contact with the user base and working to increase it through social media marketing.

Experts in Teamwork is a course at The Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). The aim of the course is to teach experts (master students) in different areas (engineering, medical, social and societal studies) to collaborate. My role was in facilitating the group and creating self awareness around its work processes.

The first summer, I constructed a price database for building materials specific to Statsbygg’s projects. The second year I did an evaluation of their documentation processes and suggested actions to improve them.
