Joacim joined Index Investment Group in 2013 and is currently acting as Chief Marketing Officer. Joacim strategizes and spearheads the North American companies marketing and branding, their development projects and subsidiary investments across the three pillars of the company. He works closely with the team in Sweden to coordinate and execute on brand development goals and campaigns. Joacim also works with the acquisition team to identify, research and present incoming investments as well as produce the sales packages of the projects the company divests. Joacim graduated from Bentley University in Massachusetts in 2013 and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics and Liberal Studies degree in Entrepreneurship. An entrepreneur at heart, Joacim is passionate about developing and growing companies. In 2014 he started Index Realty, Index Investment Group’s in-house U.S. real estate brokerage. He leads a team of nineteen agents and has personally sold and under contract on over $ 62+ Million of real estate across commercial and residential transactions. Joacim also co-founded and runs the film and marketing company Wavelength that works with clients such as National Geographic, Netflix, Tiger Woods Ventures, Nick Price Group and Wasserman Media Group. Joacim sits on the board of Resource Group US, an engineered soils, compost solution and blended potting media company; OS Therapies (OSTX), a public osteosarcoma cancer and targeted treatment drug development company; and Blu Caliber Ventures, a liquor investment and product development company. Joacim’s interests include working on films and music, skiing, tennis, hunting and extreme hiking with a past expedition taking him and his father to ski 90 miles to reach the North Pole. Joacim currently serves as a governor on the JTHS-Miami Board of Realtors and is the Chair for commercial real estate. He has also been a member of the Freemasons since 2010, a fraternal organization focused on moral values, self-improvement and charitable endeavors.
