I work within the construction business in and around the Gothenburg area. My main responsibility is to be responsible for planning in three big projects. The projects are commercial, office and hotel developments. I am responsible for the whole planning process, from the design phase to construction on site. I was also a driving force within developing a planning network within the PEAB company and an important part of developing the planning process. I worked with sales of alarm- and guard services och was responsible for the process of designing the solution to closing the deal. My focus lay primarily on the new customer segment. Almost all sales was project sales since it was always a long chain of actions before a deal could be closed and delivered.

Through Almi company partner I was hired as a coach and mentor for small and newly started companies. I gave them an external partner to discuss and develop their business with.

I was focuseds on sales and marketing of TerraTels own data center,its different products and solutions. Project I was managing was withinthe areas of events and fairs, partnering, sales and strategies. I alsodeveloped a concept for social media. Another main activity here wasto integrate a SOA architecture to the services provided in the datacenter.

Envila was a sales company, selling a concept based around massagechairs and preventive healthcare. Marketing, sales, development of thecompany in the region and personnel was my responsibility. A lot ofsmaller project in order to develop the concept and the business was hisnormal day at work. Support & sales was the office primary activities.
