Hedson has the last years bought companies in Vänersborg, England and Germany, my mission was to manage the purchasing outside of our head office and main production area in Arlöv and try to find synergies for the group purchasing. I have also been responsible for product changes and the optimization of remaining stock. In autumn 2008 Hedson was forced to make cost cuts and my work tasks were transferred to the Purchase Manager. Since November I has been responsible for closing a non-profit brand and starting up a new After Sales team. The After Sales team was initialized to penetrate market segments that hasn´t been prioritized before and to promote and secure service and spare part sales for Hedson standard products.

I was employed to develop systems and routines for Logistics, Purchasing, Finance, IT and Personnel. Included in the project was to change and implement a new business system. In excess of the project I was also responsible for the administration, production, IT and finance.

2004-2005 Product Supply CoordinatorI was responsible for the QA, Business system, controlling, workflow and education within the Swedish Product Supply department. I was also involved and responsible for coordination projects in the Global Product Supply organization.2001-2004 Sales ManagerI was responsible for the sales department in the southern region consisting of a sales force of 20 salesmen and with a turnover of appr. 250 million SEK..2000-2001 Product specialistTrading mill consignments of Steel and Commercial Tubes which included negotiation both with customers and suppliers.
