💡✈️🌍 Founded in 1948, AIESEC is a youth-only international organization and an independent body of the United Nations, recognized by UNESCO. Its role is to facilitate intercultural and professional exchanges in over 120 countries to promote peace and develop youth leadership. As President of AIESEC Lille, I managed a team of about 20 people and implemented strategies to develop the local committee as well as 𝘓𝘌𝘝𝘌𝘓🆙 the skills and agility of the members, through a period of change due to the COVID-19 epidemic.

As an intern, I was in charge of developing the paid program offerings and accompanying trainers to improve their workshops.➡️ 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗻:- did a field analysis (how the organization works, problems encountered, possible improvements);- audited trainers about their pedagogical practices;- gave advices on improving the training evaluations.
