By its nature the work has been multifaceted, but Jo’s organised and supportive PM style kept us focused on the key deliverables whilst logging those lower priority issues for attention at the appropriate time.I have also appreciated how TYF have kept us focused on the bigger more inspirational purpose when we have had the inclination to focus on the detail of how to navigate specific Magnox processes. Similarly, TYF have ensured our key sustainability documents have retained the ambition of the Art of the Possible.Thirdly. Work levels have ebbed and flowed which can be hard for a small team to manage. I have really appreciated that, at times of high work levels TYF have had the ability and flexibility to take on some tasks at short notice and relieve some of the pressure.
