Working as Technical Support with Customer focus and it means that i am complaint responsible for Emballator Metal Group Swedens production. In this role i am acting as the coordinating link between our production in Ulricehamn and Nybro for our customers all over Europe. It includes traveling to act as Technical Support at customer site but also internally in our production, handling internal and external complaints and participating in test runs to ensure instant support and high quality results for our customers. Each deviation is handled as a 8D project where i am a Key stakeholder for customer focus and communications.As i am a part of our Marketing organisation my responsability also includes a technical support function for the sellers, through which i offer our customers smart solutions and advise on product selection that suit their needs. My years of experiance in improvement work has also made me driver for improvement work in our Marketing organisation.

Responsible for the logistics in our Hardware field correction return flow. Daily contact with customers that I work proactively with to exchange and repair products due to deviations. Each repair and exchange program is managed as a project where I am responsible for order management, transport planning, lead time tracking, invoice control and documentation. I have daily contact with customers, suppliers and colleagues in a global environment. Development and improvement is a big part in this role, as each projects often have different requirements.

The role as Super User for Claim logistics has for me been very wide, which means that I have been working as daily support for the local group in Borås, our CRM users globally and also our ERP system SAP. I had one of the key roles in developing and setting return logistic flows up,implementing new ways of working when transferring and building up Ericsson Return Logistics centre @ Ericsson in Borås. Worked with analysis and repair of micro chip modules, operator in our repair production lines. Appointed to represent my shift as an improvement leader, which meant that I was organizing and driving the group's improvement work in LEAN production. Also in this role i got the responsibility for calibration tracking of our equipment and teststations.

Soldering and trimming of PCBs in frequency bands 15 & 26 MHz. Also, i was calibration responsible for electronic equipment at my department.
