Overall Trade Management for EMEA region including final responsibility for actual EMEA execution and Sales performance.- Management support and advice to all levels of Trader personnel in aspects of direction, current market, customers/suppliers and overall Converge support. - Ensuring any and all directives/programs/implementations are reviewed and adapted into EMEA region.- Development of improvement plans in various areas – regional offices and expansion, headcounts, programs, personnel management etc. - Oversee, develop and implement European business plans and the achievements of individual and group account management goals including development and retention of company account base.- Develop and execute Departmental Business Plan and current management strategy to achieve corporate objectives.- Supporting Regional Management business development to expand current markets/segments/verticals.- Review regional performance and set future regional targets for Regions and Regional Management.- Working in conjunction with Business Ops on legal reviews and discussion. - Reviewing account acquisition, focus accounts, TAM, prospecting, new account and commodity performance etc. - Handling appraisal and performance review of Senior EMEA Management including setting personal objectives and standards expected. . - Improvement plans for under performing heads, Productivity v Headcount, - Management and control of all regional expenses.- Management of commission payments matched to performance and target.- Leading the EMEA region since the Arrow acquisition in the initial phase.
