Happy to connect with you, I work as a Study and Career adviser at The Faculty of Engineering, LTH – in the far south of Sweden – with particular interest in practical use of digital tool to support individuals Career Learning and Development. I have always had a keen interest in Educational Technology integration in Career Guidance counselling - especially online delivery - and helping others infuse tech into their lives.In pursuing these interests, I get involved in ICT-project development, training and sharing learning resources on the digital space. I’m also an Advanced Practitioner and certified in Hope-Action Theory & Practice by internationally recognized thought leaders in Career & Organization Development (Niles, Yoon, Amundson & Fruhling). Prior to joining Higher Education, I was a Careers Adviser in Elementary school and Upper secondary school – and also served as Career Coach in Job Coaching, Recruitment and Matching (via The Swedish Public Employment Service).
