This task was part of a nationwide startup with some 300 people.

I worked here and gained a lot of experience within the field of Returnable Assets Management and Pallet Control as this is what Svenska Retursystem deliver to the Swedish retail industry. As the company has its focus on logistics it has developed special relationship with its logistical partners. These relations needs controlling and more importantly a constant development and continous improvements. This position was set up to let me do that in a broad perspective.I had the opportunity to develop the pallet business when leading the business development program. This included every aspect of sourcing the right product (turned out to be not yet developed anywhere globally), setting up the logistics, develop price model etc.

Project manager with focus on logistics, my main project is to develop export strategies for our company. I did also build and introduce an intranet and educated our staff to use it. The position was set to end after some months.

Skill Studentkompetens AB was my employer although I had my assignment at Thule Sweden AB. I had the job as Project manager for a material handling project at Thule. We changed the way to supply the factory with approx. 4000 different articles which included process change as well as together with suppliers changing the size of the goods containers/boxes. This was done to make the goods flow streamlined from supplier all the way to production cell unit within the prodution site,

I wrote my Master Thesis at Stockholm Skavsta Airport in the area of logistics in baggage handling. We showed how RFID - Radio Frequency IDentification - technology could help the future baggage handling process after the expected expansion of the airport.

I was the commander of a group (a troop) of 27 people who had the responsibility for the forward tactical command post. This task included a lot of training, planning and far-sightedness.

I had the position as quatermaster as well as platoon commander during my conscript time. This meant that I was in charge of 35 persons with a broad amount of tasks: cooking food; secure the supply of fuel, water and food; medical treatment maong with many other tasks for the company (approx 110 people).In order to make all this work I had to do a lot of planning and coordinating.
