Executive coaching and just-in-time guidance for senior leaders in federal agencies, who are leading new initiatives and stretching to reach ambitious goals and efficiencies.

Created a pilot to determine if coaching support could raise graduation rates for at-risk high school students. Recruited, trained and supported 50+ community volunteers to provide 1:1 coaching. Consultant to and member of the team which designed the curriculum and then opened a new alternative high school. The school targeted students with high potential, yet likely to under achieve or drop out from a traditional high school.
