-Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates;-Meet walk-in applicants, conducting LRA from PESO offices, and Job fairs.-Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.- Administer examinations to qualified candidates.-Schedules Interview and ensure Departmental heads give feedback on each candidate.-Conducts new employee orientation and apprises employee benefit options.-Conduct reference checks on possible candidates.-Generate Recruitment Related reports such as finalizing Monthly Headcount from different Client companies, Insurance Inclusion , and updating deductions of issued uniforms from newly hired employees.-Establishes and maintains files and records on an ongoing basis.-Processing Clearances of exit employees.-Purchasing Orders of office supplies, employees uniform and Company I.D.-Responds queries of applicants/employees regarding benefits and other employee-related matters.-Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.-Planning, and sometimes delivering, training - including inductions for new staff.-Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles.

-Screen ,interview and assess applicants for the different positions available in the company.-Administer Pre- employment examinations and interpret results based on company standards.-Coordinate and assist in every step of the recruitment process-Facilitate for the Pre-employment administration, observe set dealdlines compile requirements and endorse for deployment.-Attend Job Fairs and other recruitment activities as required.-In-charge for Applicants Database Management.
