Senior Enterprise Applications Consultant/Implementation Specialist

D365 – F&OSetup of 15 companies for Australia, New Zealand and Singapore – Finance, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable. There are approximately 15 users. We had assistance for the setup from DAC Support, however before we went live, this support was removed. Took over the setup and full implementation of the system. Took total responsibility of the system including training users remotely, for more than 3 months, worked Australia time to ensure the project was successful. The company decided that we wouldn’t setup the procurement & sourcing/ purchase administration as all these processes were running in AX2012 for Labour Solutions Australia.Initial responsibility was for full setup and configuration of 53 companies for Standard Human Resources, Accounts Receivable. Adcorp has a separate modules developed which also required configuration. The project scope included Development, testing, configuration and setup. Development and setup was completed end 2012/2013 and project went live 1 October 2013 (all companies simultaneously). The project team included 5 major players. Manager, 2 Consultants and 2 Developers. Modules that were developed specifically for Adcorp were Contract Management (managing all assignees, contracts, contract orders etc.), and then Timesheets (timesheet module for capturing of time for assignees). The companies that were setup included companies for all African countries. Integrations for AX2012 include: MIE and Lexis Nexis (Finger Prints, ID Checks etc.), Payroll integration (assignee’s timesheet data to payroll), CURA, PeopleFluent and ELMS (Assignee data).Roll-out of system to over 2000 users country-wide. Roll-out to Australia for 5 new companies, full payroll and invoicing - spent 5 months in BrisbaneRoll-out to Genpact in India for outsource project - spent 4 months in Noida
