Pediatric Day Health Center (Medical Fragile Daycare Center) Duties included:The Director of Social Services is responsible for the direction, provision and quality of social services provided for members and families. Duties include all Social Service Assessments and Summaries as well as providing case management services to address the psychosocial and socio-economic needs of members and their families. The Director of Social Services ensures that all work complies with company policies and procedures, safety and regulatory laws and standards.
