Responsible for management of an automated pilot line project. Oversee all machine and tool fabrication of new equipment such as mechanical tube expanders, tube beaders, conveyors, lube systems, and robotic cell integration. Approve tool design and capability. Coordinate multiple suppliers and resources to facilitate timely delivery of production equipment. Solicit quotes and prepare purchasing requisitions for spare tooling and production tooling. Perform capability testing on all products produced using the new equipment and tooling to ensure a quality product and acceptable performance of the new equipment.

Reduced overall costs of parts through changes made to the robotic cell to increase cycle times and reduce employee fatigue by 200%.
