Writing: I've published two books: 1) a children's book complete with full color pictures "What's In An Egg?" and 2) "The Taste of Hospitality" a cookbook. I've written weekly articles for a local newspaper and had two articles published in the "Alaska" magazine and other articles in Christian publications. 3) Blog on a recent African Photo SafariTeaching: basic photography and graphic art for beginners using Adobe PhotoShop. These classes are for teenagers or adults, in individual or group settings. In addition I teach Women's Bible Studies. Have taught cooking classes through the Community School network, and at The Kitchen Shoppe.Speaker: I have been the featured speaker at Women's Retreats and Conferences and give PowerPoint presentations on a variety of subjects: including inspirational, creation, wildlife, Alaska, African Photo Safari.Cooking: For many years specialized in all-you-can-eat four-course Hungarian dinners for church groups, clubs or in private settings.
