Previous 30 years service at BELL Canada in management and facilitating front line staff,on problem resolution techniques made the Assistant job with Terence very rewarding and enabled me to reuse and recycle my initial BELL training and experiences.- meeting and being able to actually "hands on" assist constituents each day and, often being successful with a positive outcome to each constituents request(s).- treating and respecting each constituent personally and.listening to their requests for Terence's assistance. Mostly constituents had tried to reach other Government departments and were unable to find anyone who would /could help them- discovered that many front line staff shy away from facing people especially when the highest percentages are complaints! YEARS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE- my strength is caring for and treating each person individually and listening! I enjoy the friendship and knowledge derived from many years working and residing in businesses in Ontario and QuebecI look forward to obtaining new challenging customer/constituentemployment (part time)_ in Oakville/Burlington!
