Develop and understand client’ recruitment needs and provide high quality recruitment solution service;2. Visit and discuss with client face to face as to the effective recruitment program ;3. Search and screen high quality professional managers;4. Meet with outstanding candidates, gain a deep understanding of candidates' professional aspirations, analyze career advantages and make long-term follow-up;5. Proactively match the right clients and career opportunities for outstanding candidates;6. Responsible for candidate’ background investigation, compensation negotiation and offer follow up.
