With over fifteen years of experience in quality management, process improvement, and product development, I am a Six Sigma Black Belt professional who strives to deliver excellence and efficiency in the manufacturing industry. I currently work as a Quality Assurance Analyst/SQF Practitioner at Crown Holdings, Inc., a global leader in metal packaging solutions.In this role, I am responsible for maintaining SQF quality-related processes, developing procedures and work process documentations, planning and coordinating coaching and training programs, conducting quality audits and gauge R&R studies, and managing continuous improvement projects. I leverage my skills in ACL Analytics, Quality Assurance, Internal Business Auditing/Consulting, and Leadership to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer expectations, as well as to identify and implement best practices and opportunities for optimization.
