As part of a team to create a single location for all Nike product returns, I create and update standard work instructions for use on the warehouse floor. I use Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and Power Point to provide step-by-step instructions for dock and warehouse workers to follow while handling inbound returns, both from wholesale outlets and individual returns from consumers who purchased Nike products on the Nike.com site. My accomplishments include:• Created a series of instructions on handling maintenance and emergency issues within the warehouse• Created more than 20 documents for the launch of the Digital returns initiative (consumer returns from on-line shopping)• Created and updated more than 50 documents for the launch of the Inbound (wholesale) returns project.• Created documents containing instructions on how to handle Claims and Undeliverable packages.• Responsible for moving current revision of documents into QMS, using HQMS.• Created a SmartSheet to be used for communicating issues between the XPO facility in Lebanon and Nike Headquarters in Portland, OR.• Chaired meetings with key stakeholders (Nike representatives) to ensure that all work instructions fulfilled Nike requirements.• Created Power Point modules to be used by Training to instruct new employees on the Inbound and Digital Processes.• Use Service Now and Identity Minder to submit requests for logins, Internet connections, email addresses, and WM10+ and SCE access for up to 150 employees per week.• Created a log for supervisors to use to be informed about when each employee receives the required access.• Handled a quarterly review of all employees to verify their employment status, department, supervisor, and access. Present my findings and solutions for those who had the wrong access to Nike as part of their yearly audit.• Tracked the progress of change requests through the system and wrote summary of each change request action when the change was complete and tested.

As part of a Data Governance initiative, I am providing documentation to assist TRIMEDX to formalize their database documentation. I am assisting in standardizing term usage and definitions as well as assisting in mapping the new RSQM database field names to the fields containing the same data in the previous database, RSQ.
