This company is state-own enterprise，my responsibility was establish a new company which was the new strategy of CapitalBio Ethealth, was located in ChengDu.I was in charge of designing organization structure, payment structure，company's management system, performance assessment ， position statement, executing recruiting, training and so on.This new company start from 2 employees to 53 employees (when I left) . It's still exist and operating.
