As the Head of Food Services at Carrabba's Italian Grill, I lead a team of servers, retail staff, and accountants to deliver exceptional customer service, quality food, and accurate financial reporting. I have been with Carrabba's for over 16 years, and I have been involved in the pre-opening of several new locations, ensuring that they are fully stocked, staffed, and ready to operate. I have also developed and implemented inventory accuracy and physical inventory systems that have reduced waste, improved efficiency, and increased profitability. I am passionate about the food service industry, and I enjoy creating a positive and inclusive work environment for my team and our guests. I am always looking for new ways to improve our processes, products, and performance, and I welcome feedback and collaboration from my peers and managers.
