I have over twenty years of experience working with adults and adolescents in a variety of settings from residential, school-based, psychotherapy and community-based services. As a psychotherapist I am focused on the relationship and focus treatment on mutually agreed upon goals. I include writing, drawing and other creative therapy techniques to approach the work from a non traditional approach. I utilize EMDR to help clients through "stuck places", be that a major trauma or an experience they cannot get past. I utilize readings, cognitive skill development and other evidence based methods.
