I crafted multi-faceted community awareness and grassroots education programs, including the production of communication collaterals such as websites, fact sheets, brochures, briefing books and white papers. I also supervised client complaint management programs and investigations involving thousands of impacted neighbors and customers.

I supervised constituent communications programs and acted as a liaison between Assembly members and house leadership on state-wide issues such as aid to local governments, crime victims' rights, veterans' assistance and state fiscal policy. During the two-year election cycle, I worked with the Democratic Assembly Campaign Committee to analyze polling, demographic and election data to help Assembly members develop policy views and attitudes.
