I am responsible for a multi-million dollar portfolio. I manage relationships of some of the largest specialist and diagnostic labs in the world. I create presentations and conduct business reviews with customers. I negotiate contracts and agreements with new and existing customers. I help establish specific customer SOP’s. I work directly with the CEO and sale staff establish new products and services. My responsibilities also include; working with the operation staff and communication information to customers as necessary changes are made, such as weather or flight delays.
