The PREP Personal Strengths Profile offers the CORE personality report, current motivaitons, change readiness scales, stress resiliience factors and energy reserve measurements. The remarkable 7-minute simple assessment offers non-threatening cross culturally validated reports that managers can apply immediately. PREP offers trainings on site, over the web, via consultants and internal train-the-trainer facilitation programs to fit the needs of small, medium, Fortune 500 and multinational corporations. The PREP Survey has been translated into Chinese, German, French, Spanish, Thai and full reports are available in English, Chinese and German.

The software platform works well for Distributorship formats, multi-location HR functions and we offer 22 different written Insights for self and coaching development. Train-the-trainer programs are web-based-- curriculum has been developed through client input and feedback for practical and efficient delivery with a Library of resources for review and updates.
