As the Branch Operations Supervisor, I provide leadership and direction to a team of 32 service and operations staff while overseeing the daily financial and operational aspects of the salon.I have led the team from the business start-up stage to maturity. We have expanded our client base, doubling monthly turnover over a 13 month period and expanding the branch network to include a second service point. I have also managed the team growing it from 17 to 32 to include service, finance and marketing staff with a staff-turnover of less than 10%.. The business has expanded service channels to include a concierge service.
