Set the strategy and drive execution of HR communication with Comcast's 1000+ HR professionals, 16,000+ people leaders, and 100,000+ employees on a wide variety of HR topics—recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, career development, diversity & inclusion, talent management, compensation, compliance, policies, integrity, and organizational change. Advise and execute on communication strategy, branding, tactics to align with business goals, achieve HR leaders’ objectives, engage audiences, manage change, and measure success.• Designed and built Comcast’s HR Communication infrastructure and cadence from the ground up—including newsletters, broadcasts, and a social collaboration community. Reimagined and rebranded over time. • Designed architecture of new employee-focused “Working at Comcast” (HR), new hire, & manager sections of company intranet in partnership with Internal Communications team. • Created and currently write and produce “HR Live!,” a quarterly news program broadcast nationally from our Philadelphia television studio. Show is in fifth year of production.• Led HR communications work stream for one of the nation’s most complex merger & acquisition projects, then leveraged the strategy to help transform Comcast’s new hire communications.• Led national effort to brand and market Comcast’s career development resources. Launched first "Career Week" designed to empower employees to take charge and “grow” their careers. • Communicated and managed change associated with launch of Comcast's first enterprise-wide performance management program. • Led cross-functional team to create comprehensive “life event” guides that employees can self-serve on intranet to learn what they need to know, do, and think about—and how Comcast supports them—when they are experiencing an important event in their life.• Developed monthly dashboard to measure communication results, enable objective analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
