I am a biologist trying to understand the "microbiota–nutrient metabolism–host epigenetics axis" of communication in the holobiont ecosystem. I've worked as R&D scientist in an epigenetics biotech company, and as NGS instrument technician in a top university. I hold now a PhD in biomedicine and I like to let my diverse background and creativity working together to find innovative solutions to complex biological questions. I'm a wet lab scientist by training, transitioning to computational biology. I enjoy the scientific challenges of following the phenotype, designing/conducting multi-omics experiments, and using bioinformatics to integrate the different molecular layers, and extract meaningful biological information.
