Senior Quality Assurance Manager
Current• Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers, overseeing day-to-day operations, performance management, and professional development.• Collaborate with product and implementation teams to ensure timely execution of functional and automated testing in line with partner commitments.• Implement and drive strategic initiatives such as test plan creation, test automation, performance testing, and continuous improvements in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).• Develop and execute a scalable SaaS-driven quality assurance strategy that enhances product quality and ensures exceptional user experiences.• Integrate quality processes into CI/CD pipelines to facilitate efficient and reliable software releases.• Set, track, and analyze key quality assurance metrics to drive team performance, accountability, and process improvement.• Oversee defect tracking and resolution processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely identification and remediation of issues.• Identify and assess risks to product quality, implementing strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.• Plan and conduct performance testing to optimize software scalability and responsiveness, ensuring the product meets business and user requirements.
