I have worked in many different trades. Here at MTTI I help to create resumes that help identify transferable skills students need to begin a career after graduation. I teach job seach techniques and encourage students to continue to be life long learners. I interact with employers to find out what they look for when they hire an employee. I enjoy learning new things and meeting new people. I have found MTTI challenges me and offers a versitile position I enjoy. It provides me a sense of satisfaction in knowing that I have made a difference to someone. My advice to everyone looking for work is to not focus on the money. Do what you love and the money will follow.
